Summer Camps

Designed to inspire creativity and an enthusiasm for learning. Delta’s Summer Camps are available for elementary through high school students and all are academically based with topics in science, technology, engineering, math (STEM) and the arts.

Michigan Works! 

Michigan Works! may be able to assist with funding job training programs. Eligibility requirements apply. Contact offices in Saginaw at 989-249-5232, Bay at 989-667-0500 or Midland at 989-631-3073. 

Please note: The Pell Grant does not apply to non-credit programs.

LifeLong Learning Payment Deadline & Refund Policy

Payment Deadline

Payment is due at the time of registration for all LifeLong Learning classes and is required to complete the registration process. When you register, a seat is reserved which obligates you to pay fees for that seat. If your payment is not sufficient or subsequently adjusted for changes in scholarship or sponsor authorization, Delta College reserves the right to drop you for non-payment or submit your unpaid student account balance to a legal collection process. You'll be responsible to pay any collection and attorney fees resulting from a legal collection process. If you drop from your class, any refund due to you will be processed in accordance with the LifeLong Learning Refund Information posted below.

LifeLong Learning Department Refund/Retake Information

100% REFUND one business day prior to the start date of class. Some LifeLong Learning classes have non-refundable, non-transferrable fees (such as Motorcycle Safety). 

We realize that extenuating circumstances may arise on or after the start date of the class. In those cases, please complete the Delta College LifeLong Learning Request for Refund/Retake Form and submit it with supporting documentation. Return the completed form and documentation to LifeLong Learning within one week of withdrawal/drop from class for review. If submitting the form electronically, you may attach supporting documentation via email to lifelonglearning@delta.edu. Once received, you'll be notified of a determination regarding your request within two business days. 

Register for LifeLong Learning Classes

Registration is easy!

Class registrations are due two weeks prior to class start date. Classes are available on a first come, first served basis and fill quickly. If the class you wish to register for is FULL call LifeLong Learning to discuss available options.

Register by Phone

Call 989-686-9444 and make payment by credit/debit card.

Register Online

  1. Click on the "Register Now" button on the upper left side of the page.
  2. Payment is required at time of registration. Have your credit card ready.
  3. Search for classes by course number or keywords (i.e. CFC-1010 or Photography).
  4. Select class and follow on-screen instructions.

Explore Your Potential...to Teach

Are you an expert in your field who would like to teach others how to do what you do and enjoys working with people? Then teaching with Delta College LifeLong Learning (LLL) may be the perfect fit for you! We are continually seeking talented instructors and new course ideas to add to our LifeLong Learning community. Why not join us?

LifeLong Learning instructors are passionate, experienced subject matter experts in their fields. Our Instructors teach anything from 2 hour workshops to 15 week programs focusing on job training and skills-building programs in the areas of health, business, technical trades and leisure.  We also seek instructors for our 4 day summer camps which run in late June through July for kids in 2nd – 10th grades.

Benefits of being a LLL instructor

  1. Teach day, evening or weekends based on your schedule.
  2. Class size ranges from 8 – 20 and ensures you get to know your students well.  
  3. New courses allow you to be creative when developing content and to create exciting experiences for students.
