New Student Registration System
In eight short minutes, learn to register and more.
Counseling/Advising and Career Services is here to assist new or current students in achieving academic and personal success through informed decision making. This is the place to go when you have questions about scheduling classes, picking a major, transferring to another college, finding a job or just making sure you are on the right track.
In addition, the Counseling/Advising Services team offers short-term and long-range career and educational planning, course planning and scheduling, assessing your academic progress, course transferability to Michigan colleges and universities and referrals to other college and community resources.
In Career Services we can help you assess your interests, values and skills preferences; explore current job markets and labor market trends; access online job postings and apply for jobs; work on campus through student employment and improve your resume, job seeking and interviewing skills.
To get your student ID card, come to the Counseling/Advising office with your Driver’s License/State Identification card or a student ID card from another school. The first student ID is free, any additional or replacement student ID cards cost $5, which is payable at the Cashier’s Office.
