Student Presentation Conference

The 3nd Annual Student Presentation Conference offers an amazing opportunity for students from EVERY division on campus to showcase some of their best work.  Delta College students who have taken classes during the 2014-2015 academic year are invited to speak, perform, educate, inform and dazzle their fellow students, administrators, faculty and the general public with the knowledge, analysis, ability and creativity that they have hone here in their classes.  The conference hopes to feature student speeches, literary contributions, visual art and film, metal work, demonstrations, and other fascinating forays into the myriad disciplines of higher ed.

 Location: Lecture Theatre (main campus, east side, near G-Wing) 

9 a.m. - 7 p.m.
2 p.m. - 3 p.m. (poster sesssions)

 This event is open to the public.



Submission Criteria


Eligibility: Delta College students (groups or individuals) taking or have taken academic classes between July 1, 2014 and April 30, 2015.

Readings of Created Written Work (Poetry, Flash Fiction)
Art Work Discussions
Informative speeches
Panel Discussions (interactive discussion about a topic of interest)
Student Produced Films
Poster Displays

Proposals Allowed:
Students are allowed to submit up to 3 proposals (combination of individual and group presentations)
 Sponsor:  All presentations must have a Delta College faculty member sponsor.
