Half the Sky film

"Half the Sky: Turning Oppression into Opportunity for Women Worldwide" introduces women and girls who are living under some of the most difficult circumstances imaginable — and fighting bravely to change them. The film reflects viable and sustainable options for empowerment and offers an actionable blueprint for transformation. Following the film, advocates will discuss local and global women’s issues and opportunities for change.

This event is offered by the Women's History Month Committee with funding from the Office of the President and the Office of Diversity and Inclusion Programs.
