Strategies for learning and testing include taking notes, reading textbooks, analyzing and managing tests, managing time, working in groups, giving oral presentations, researching, and using a computer. All these are vital to your success in college. Any tutoring experience, whether in the T/LC or in a Peer Mentor or SLA session will spend as much time on learning strategies as on content.
