Board Policy 3.003
Members of the Board of Trustees are provided access to email through the College’s email system. It is the policy of the Board of Trustees that Trustees use their College email account when electronically communicating in his or her capacity as a Trustee. Delta College will make available access to such email from the Delta College website. Trustees will follow College guidelines and protocols concerning electronic communications, including its access and use guidelines and records retention policy. Provided, however, that communications relating to a Trustee’s campaign activities shall be handled via the Trustee’s personal communication platforms.
