2.015 Commencement Responsibilities

1. 1. Commencement ceremonies are held at least once each year.
   2. Attendance
      1. Full-time Faculty members are expected to participate in commencement exercises two out of every three years. Implementation will be left to each division.
      2. Executive Staff who report directly to the Office of the President are expected to participate in commencement each year.
      3. Senate Assembly members, part-time employees, and retirees are encouraged to participate in commencement.
