3.055 Professional Development Allowance

1. 1.  In recognition of a joint individual and College responsibility to promote the professional development of the Faculty, the College will supplement the Faculty’s investment with a professional development allowance (PDA) as defined by the Faculty Salary Agreement.
   2. As outlined in the current Faculty Salary Agreement, PDA is defined as expenditures qualifying as deductible business expenses in accordance with IRS guidelines and consistent with faculty’s approved professional development plan.
   3. Reimbursement guidelines are available from the office of Business Services.
