The Delta College women’s soccer team completed another undefeated season becoming 2024 Midwest District Champions with a 4-0 win over Owens Community College. This victory secured their eighth consecutive trip to the national championship tournament.

finals, Results: Delta vs. Mohawk Valley
Delta College earns 2024 NJCAA Soccer Division III National title winning against Mohawk Valley with a final score of 3-0. Isabella Workman scored the first goal of the game with the assist from Peyton Pratt. Kendall Jackson scored the second goal and Anna Sabo closed it out with a penalty kick goal solidifying their undefeated season.
Semifinals, Results: Delta vs. Sufulk Community College
Delta College will play #3 ranked Mohawk Valley in the finals November 17 at 6:30pm EST. During the Semifinal game November 15, the #1 ranked Pioneers faced #4 ranked Suffolk Community College and won 8-0. Kendall Jackson scored the first goal of the game with the assist from Sydney Lambert. Isabella Workman scored the second (and seventh) goal with the assists by Peyton Pratt and Molly Siler respectively. Brooke Swartz scored the third (and the eighth) goal with the assist by Molly Siler and Alaina Schalk scored goals four, five, and six with the latter two assisted by Abigail Hendy and Kendall Jackson respectively.
Quarterfinals, Match 1 Results: Delta vs. CC of Rhode Island
Delta College will play #4 ranked Suffolk Community College in the semifinal game November 15 at 4pm EST. During the quarterfinal game November 13, the #1 ranked Pioneers faced #8 ranked Community College of Rhode Island and won 6-0. Isabella Workman scored the first (and fourth) goal of the game with the assist from Sydney Lambert. Sydney Lambert went on to score the second goal with the assist by Ciara Kelly. Reagan King scored the third goal with the assist by Anna Sabo. Brooke Swartz scored the fifth goal with the assist by Sydney Lambert, and the final goal of the game was made by Peyton Pratt.
The 2024 NJCAA Division III soccer national championship tournament is set to take place November 12–17 at Genesee Community College in Batavia, New York. The tournament bracket has been posted with Delta College competing in the first women’s matchup against the Community College of Rhode Island, Wednesday, November 13 at 11am EST.
“This team has been working so hard all year and they have been rewarded with a trip to the national tournament,” says Head Coach, Damon Amey, 2024 MCCAA Coach of the Year. “They are such a great group of player and people. Us as a coaching staff are proud of them and their accomplishments.”
“This is my first year as the athletic director here, but I have seen them grow tremendously, both individually and as a team," says Brad Barlog. "They put their heart and soul into every practice and every game and are being rewarded by going as the #1 seed in the national tournament. Our team is not done yet, and hopefully will come home with the winning trophy. Win or lose, I am incredibly proud of this team".
