Free FAFSA Workshops & Scholarship Deadline Approaching

Delta College is hosting workshops to help students complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) starting next week and running through August.   

Visit our calendar of events to find a date and location that works best for you. Financial aid staff will be available to answer questions and assist in helping students complete or renew the 2025-2026 FAFSA. You do not have to be current or incoming Delta College students to attend. This event is free and open to the public.

Please bring:
  • Your parents/guardians if you’re a dependent
  • Photo ID / Driver’s License 
  • Social Security number
  • Federal Student Aid ID (if already created)
  • 2023 Federal Tax Returns and all W2s for yourself, spouse (if applicable) or parents if you’re a dependent
    • Bring 2022 Federal Tax Returns and W2s if attending the 2024-2025 school year

Submit your form as soon as possible for priority consideration for all federal, state and institutional aid. Visit fafsa.gov and use Delta’s school code 002251.

REMINDER: Submit your scholarship application by February 4

Delta College is accepting scholarship applications from future and current students for the 2025-2026 academic year.

Hundreds of scholarships are awarded annually through the Delta College Foundation, made possible by the generosity of donors. Last year, $1,039,000 was awarded to 891 students. Most scholarships distributed by the Delta College Foundation are for $1,000 for the academic year and some are even more. The deadline to apply is February 4, 2025. Award notifications will be sent to recipients in April 2025.
