Capital Outlay Plan

Delta's facilities department manages the planning, development and implementation of projects of various scopes, including new construction and long-term maintenance projects.

We take a systematic approach to project development to ensure success regardless of the project undertaken. Our goal, with an eye on sustainability and budget consciousness, is to create a wonderful environment for teaching and learning.

Each year the Board of Trustees approves the Five-Year Capital Outlay Master Plan as required by the State Budget Office.

The newly renovated Public Media spaces (top) houses Delta's broadcasting studios, classroom and newsroom spaces and will serve students in the journalism and electronic media academic programs. The Downtown Saginaw Center Project (bottom right) addressed a community need for a more modern educational facility that supports a large population of our students. Renovations to the Allied Health Building (bottom left) on our Main Campus addressed critical facility needs to support our Allied Health and Nursing programs.
