Telephone Services

Delta College operates and maintains its own telephone and voicemail systems. Services include conference phone set-ups and specialized phone needs.

We have several resources available to assist with setting up and operating your telephone. Below you will find two YouTube videos, as well as a user guide for your reference.

When forwarded, if call is not answered, the caller will go to the cellphone voicemail or
off-campus number voicemail if available.

To forward

    • Press the Menu button on your office phone to access the menu
    • Select 2. Features, press the OK button
    • Select 1. Always Forward, press the OK button
    • Arrow right/left to Enabled
    • Arrow down to Forward To
    • Enter phone number (the full 10-digit number)
    • Press Save

To unforward

    • Press the Menu button on your office phone to access the menu
    • Select 2. Features, press OK
    • Select 1. Always Forward, press OK
    • Arrow right/left to Disabled
    • Press Save
