Jazz Singers

The Delta College Jazz Singers began in the fall semester of 2006 when a group of students decided that they would like to include popular and jazz styles of singing into the choral music offerings at Delta. Jazz Singers started as an all volunteer group of about 12 singers. The ensemble met with great success and is now part of the regular choral curriculum at Delta.

Jazz Singers is open to any student, employee or faculty and may be taken for credit (MUS 158). Jazz Singers performs a wide variety of popular and jazz standards as well as non-traditional and original compositions.
