Administration
Executes the department's administrative charges while striving for increased productivity, improved efficiency, and cost containment. Responsibilities include the administration of the college insurance and risk management program, development of departmental policy to promote standards and consistency, tracking projects and fixed assets, maintaining the campus way-finding system, and promoting a sustainable campus through various initiatives.
Operations & Maintenance
Operations & Maintenance is the communication hub of Facilities Management handling several thousand requests per year. The department is dedicated to excellence in service by providing healthy, safe, and comfortable working and educational environments. Through a regular program of preventative maintenance, prompt professional service, and a green cleaning program, the department strives to improve the appearance, operation, and functional life of Delta's facilities and grounds.
Planning Design & Construction
Our mission is to effectively manage the planning, developing, and implementation of projects of varied scope including new construction and deferred maintenance projects. With respect to a systematic approach to project development, the department strives to ensure success regardless of the project undertaking and to create a physical environment favorable to learning and teaching.
