Camp Health & Wellness Registration

Thank you for your interest in Camp Health & Wellness. Complete the information below to register for this year's camp. Registration form must be received by June 9, 2024.

Please complete form for each participant. Transportation to camp is your responsibility. Lunch will be provided daily.

The $30 non-refundable fee can be paid either by check or credit card. Call 989-686-9394 to pay over the phone via credit card. Make check or money order payable to Delta College Camp Health & Wellness and include the name of the participant on the memo line. Mail to Delta College Cashiers Office, 1961 Delta Road, University Center, MI 48710.
