Delta College and its partners will host the Great Lakes Bay Part-time and Internship Job Fair on Tuesday, April 19, from 3-5pm.

The fair will feature employers from a variety of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, technology, criminal justice, skilled trades, science, business, communication and more. The event is free and open to anyone seeking part-time and internship opportunities. 

“This fair is a great opportunity for students and others seeking part-time or summer jobs,” said Dawn Little, career development and student engagement specialist. “Remember to update your resume and dress for an interview.”

Job seekers can use Big Interview, an online tool to learn or brush up on interviewing skills. The Career Development Office offers additional services, such a resume reviewing. Set up an online appointment.

The event is planned by Delta College in partnership with Great Lakes Bay Michigan Works, Michigan Rehabilitation Services, the Workforce Development Agency of the State of Michigan, Veterans Services and the American Legion.

Little said an additional employment and networking fair is being planned for June. 

Employers will be located in the main hallways on Delta's main campus. Registration is not necessary, however masks are currently required indoors at Delta College.
